The Handtuft carpet is produced with a technique that allows you to create a product of great versatility, in design, shape, size and with a wide range of color variants.
The technique of hand tufting has no constraints and allows you to create 'unique pieces', according to the customer's design, in any format. In addition to the traditional rectangles and squares, round, oval or completely irregular shapes can be designed.
The use of color and the choice of custom designs allow you to create your own carpet, unique and original. The wishes and needs of the clients are thus fully satisfied. You can experiment with combinations, shades and contrasts, both for the designs in the collection and for the special ones requested by customers, able to create the most suitable atmosphere for the spaces to be furnished.
Weaving

After defining the design and colors, the yarns of the best quality are selected and then dyed in an artisanal way.
On a wooden frame is laid out a cloth that will form the basis of the carpet. On this are sketched the profiles of the drawing to be reproduced and, through a particular needle tool, the colored yarns are inserted that will form the desired pattern. The yarns can be left in the curly structure or, by means of a special cutter, be cut to the desired height.
The thickness of the fleece can be uniform or can combine, within the same carpet, different levels to highlight even more the selected decoration. On the back is fixed, with natural latex, a cotton canvas to ensure the adhesion of the fibers and ensure strength and durability of the product.
